These ploppers were made from various kits found on the 'net for non-commercial use only. The dowloaded files are png files, so you need a graphic program such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop (any photo editor that can handle pngs). These are not scrapbooking files. Scrapbook files are 300dpi, where as these files are more for tagging at 72dpi. Instructions to use ploppers in: Photoshop / Paintshop (scroll down to Toppers. These files are actually correctly called Toppers, but i still call them ploppers because you plop them over the image.) I would like to ask you not to share these files in groups.
